HOW TO MAKE UNDHIYU
INGREDIENTS
- Garam Masala
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 to 1.5 tablespoon water
- i/2 tablespoon oil
- ½ tablespoon cumin seed
- Pinch of baking soda
Vegetables Required
- Potato,Sweet Potato,Purple Yam
- Brinjal,Green Garlic,Green Tuver
- Surti Papri,Dana and Valor
- Tomato
- Coriander
- 2 to 3 Green Chillies
Add ONS
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp chilli paste
Masala's for stuffing
- 2 tsp sesame seeds,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,hing,
- 2 tsp red chilli powder,3 tsp coriander powder,desiccated coconut,
- 2 tsp cumin seed,1tsp sugar,1 tsp salt,8 tp 10 garlic cloves
HOW TO MAKE UNDHIYU
- Dirstly make the methi mutia by mixing up all the ingredents and fry it.Then chop all the vegetables.Add all the masalas and add ons step by step.Put the methi mutia and cook gently Garnish with coriander and enjoy the taste.
